Dr Scott specializes in a wide array of intestinal procedures, such as colon cancer treatment, bowel resection, appendectomy and cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal).  Although Dr. Scott specializes in hernia repair and was one of the first in the Valley to perform laparoscopic hernia surgery, he is most well known for his nearly painless treatment of varicose veins.  In every case, a tendency toward minimally invasive procedures that cause less scarring and pain through the use of smaller incisions is employed.
